30-Night Grounded Sleep Guarantee

We offer a 30-Night Guarantee so you can try our grounding products risk-free.

If you do not notice an improvement in comfort or well-being within 30 nights, contact us for return approval:

Standard Returns (30 Days)

You may return unused, unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible:

- Item must be clean

- No stains, odours, or damage

- Original condition preferred

- Must include all accessories (cords, adapters, etc.)


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

- Clearance / Final-sale items

- Gift cards

- Used bedding or items showing visible wear

- Items damaged through improper care

- Items returned missing accessories

- Washed items

- Products exposed to strong scents, lotions, or oils


Return Process

1. Email us at terrasolumgroundingco@gmail.com

2. Include your order number + reason for return

3. We will reply with return approval and instructions

4. Ship the item to the address provided

5. Once inspected, your refund will be processed

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Refund Processing

After your return is approved and inspected:

- Refunds are issued to your original payment method

- Processing time: 3–7 business days

- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

- Duties/taxes for international orders are not refundable


Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, return your product and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours:

- Order number

- Description of the issue

- Clear photos of the damage or wrong item

We will replace or resolve the issue promptly.


International Orders

For customers outside the USA:

- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

- Customs/duty fees are non-refundable

- Refund timeline may vary by country

- Individual results vary

- All prices and refunds are processed in USD

- Using incorrect washing methods may void return eligibility
